About Us

 

Green Farm Property Owners Association was established April 2001.  The purpose of the association is to benefit the property owners in the Green Farm Resort and Development for common good and benefit.   

All positions on the board were occupied by the developers until October 2007 at which time they submitted their resignations.  At that time a special meeting was held, and new directors and officers consisting of lot owners were voted into office.

 Since October 2007, the Board of Directors has organized the association under the rules and regulations of the By-Laws and Declaration of Restrictions.

 The association now has its own office located in Green Farm Resort with regular office hours.  All association documents are available for review during office hours for all members

 The association has assumed responsibility for the day to day operations of the property, including maintenance of the roadsides and ponds. 

 Street signs were purchased and installed at the expense of the association.  Further improvements are in the planning stages.

 The playground and equipment was purchased and installed in 2009 at the expense of the property owners association.

 The association dues include the golf course membership at Lafayette Golf Club.
